wireless network in x box ?
I want to find out if this would work.
My computer accesses the internet via wireless network and my network card is not in use. I want to know how i can get internet to my xbox. Would i only need to get a crossover cable? |

You need one of these things:
![]() It's a Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Network WiFi Adapter. ![]() ![]() O2 - Orange Range (Extended Opening Theme for CG R2) |

RE: wireless network in x box ?
Or if you have a good connection you can enable Internet Connection Sharing on the computer connected wirelessly and hook up the ethernet cable to it, and the other end to your 360.
I've tested this in Vista Home Premium and it should work in XP as well. You might have to restart both devices the first time you do it though. And if after a restart it still does not work, then simply run the connection test on the 360 and it should work next time you try it. But if you have the money for the adapter then get it as it's less of a hassle especially since you need to have your PC on. If only they had the wireless feature inside the console as the Wii does.
But I would recommend getting the wireless adapter, it will be easier to use. ![]() http://www.myspace.com/phatbowser |

RE: wireless network in x box ?
just use a Ethernet cable, just plug it in the 360, then plug the other end to PC, done.
