Use TinyPic.com, make sure you upload the picture to your computer first though.

If you're using a digital camera simply hook up the USB cable to your PC and then if the driver is installed, it should appear as another harddrive in "My Computer" (if you're on Windows) and then simply drag and drop the picture to your desktop or whatever, and in TinyPic.com when you click on browse look for the folder where you put the picture at. Once it's done uploading a page comes up with a bunch of codes with the image in it. Use the forum code as it already has the image formatted to work here.
