It won't hurt Sony anyway. They are playing with their money now. You can do that when you sell cameras, phones, televisions, game consoles, computers, and speakers.
I am probably forgetting something. It is all one big monopoly.

The PS3 is a disappointment for me thus far. I have enjoyed Folklore and Heavenly Sword, but other than that, I use my PS3 to play PS2/1 games.

Though they do have a good line-up coming out soon, but I have no desire to pick up any multi-plat games for it. They'll go to the 360.

There are a couple coming out for PS3 that make me tinker with the idea of buying one. Wasn't Haze to be PS3's answer to Halo? Or am I way off?

Not sure, but KillZone 2 is definitely also in that "PS3 games that will kill Halo 3" list.

I don't know about this game. I feel I should.

Halo 3, thus far, is just a really solid game top to bottom and I love it. I'd love to see someone top it. I've seen games here and there be better in certain aspects, but I've certainly not seen anyone tackle the online interface better.

Hah hah. Haze was the PS3s answer to Halo as much as Pokemon Snap was the N64s answer to Time Crisis.

Halo 3 wasn't the best game ever, but it is and will forever be better than shitty Killzone.

Remember what they were saying when Killzone 1 was coming out? "OH HOLY SHIT IT'S THE HALO KILLER!", and what did it turn out to be? Another linear first person shooter with a typical "NO JOHN YOU MUST KILL THE DEMONS" plot.

I think what makes Halo 3 so hard to compete with is that it has great online play. More games need to have an online world like that.

The online play is the key to it all. No game has been able to get into the same arena as Halo.

What would be an interesting game to compete. I am thinking something along the lines of the Matrix. I can't believe that a game with it's major aspect being the cyber world is not even online. If Warner Bros. knew what was good for them, they need to make one more matrix game with the online capability. The fighters would be split into teams of two, and there can be teams of agents that players can use.
