Which PS1 did you have?
There were two PS1 models, there was the very first one, and then a slimmer version of it.
I had the slimmer version, and in case you didn't notice, they repeated this pattern with the PS2. First they released the standard sized PS2 and then made a slimmer version of it. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they did this with the PS3 as well. Xbox Gamer Blog Read The Forum Rules Pwnem Veteran <- This explains what it is and how to become one. |

RE: Which PS1 did you have?
I see.
While I liked the design of the slimmer one, I liked how the original one looked more. It looked like a real PS1 while the slimmer one looked more like a cheap imitation. However, it worked just as good as the original, and was a lot easier to move around. It also took up less room, and was durable as well. So I have no complaints about it. RE: Which PS1 did you have?
My cousin has the slimmer version of it and it has many many problems. (I think that the size is decreasing the overall system)

RE: Which PS1 did you have?
I hate slim versions.
I own two PS2 slims... they're just annoying and small :P ![]() -- ![]() TinyPic Is the best (: Check out my blog Image Link Storage: http://i29.tinypic.com/125jmkn.gif http://i29.tinypic.com/rw0v29.gif |

RE: Which PS1 did you have?
Yeah I heard the PS2 slim wasn't as durable. But it does have one good advantage, it has the the Internet adapter built in.
So that's the only reason why it's sort of worth buying. Xbox Gamer Blog Read The Forum Rules Pwnem Veteran <- This explains what it is and how to become one. |

RE: Which PS1 did you have?
And? I've never used that. I believe most people don't. They buy it just because it is slim and new. ;-P

RE: Which PS1 did you have?
Well it's actually quite useful if you have broad band internet as well as a decent game that supports multiplayer like Battlefront 2 or Call of Duty 3.
And even though the PS2 online service isn't that great it's better than nothing. And if you have no one locally to play against, that's your best option. Xbox Gamer Blog Read The Forum Rules Pwnem Veteran <- This explains what it is and how to become one. |
