As the thread states, name a retro game that you're currently playing (well not necessarily at this very moment but you get the idea).

I'm currently playing the first Sonic the Hedgehog.

Trying to beat it, but it's not as easy as I thought. Either I'm out of practice or it's really that challenging as I don't remember it being that hard although I mainly played the 3rd one which wasn't that hard. Once I'm done with the first I plan to finish the 2nd one, and then maybe take on the 3rd.

Man do these games bring back good memories though. I feel young again lol.

I am currently rocking on Double Dragon for the NES. I am looking forward to getting Kung Fu when they release that eventually.

Right now, I've been playing Pokemon Crystal and A Link to the Past, oh and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for the SNES

well like I've said a lot lately I've been playing earthbound but I've kind of put that down lately and started to play the good old mega drive. starflight and sonic... reminds me of my childhood. I used to walk across the street to a family owned video store and rent all my genesis games... awesome.

Yep, the classic Sonic & Mario are always worth replaying.

Megaman X is another game that I'll also be playing as it brings back memories from my SNES Days. lol I used to put in random passwords to see what it would unlock, and I actually had some success as one password I randomly created had almost all the bosses defeated.

Sadly, Ocarina of Time for the 6th time -_-
And some (Broken) Megaman 3 on my cell-phone during class, suck that Gutsman.

I play a number of retros... I've just about played all the FF's up to and including 6 in the past month or so, as well as Chrono Trigger, and also Shadowgate 64, for the N64..

ALSO, I tried to play my ONE NES game, "Realm", but my GOD it's hard... I dunno if it's just me, but I DO recall when I first played it I found it hard, but I got better at it.. But now, I suck at it again...

That happens. And it shows that games back in the day were harder than most now.
A retro I love that I remember playing a lot, Dragon Warrior, that game was off the hook when we were young. (Sis) I wonder if she thinks about that anymore. Haven't seen her or talked to her for years.

If PS1 counts as retro lol, then I am play Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver

Its an amazing game with an awesome twist, and one of the greatest game of its time!

I played Frogger the other day. It brought back memories of when I was a kid. :D
