No, not generally. But it gets old. I like going for the pointlessly gory movies once in awhile, but damn, it's EVERY SINGLE MOVIE. EVERY SINGLE ONE. I could deal with it if it was 1/3, or even 1/2 of the time, but I swear 99.9998% of action movies fall into the category nowadays.

If you don't like the look of a movie because of one fact don't go and see it, that way you are not contributing to the hollywood factory, and if you don't have time for movies that dont follow the laws of physics, then I hope you have never seen a Bond, Die Hard or Indy Movie as they all do it to make it look cooler.
Just because it looks like it is based in the real world, doesn't mean that it is. When was the last time you saw a shape shifting woman? (x-men) or a man in a iron suit fighting terrorists? (iron-man) or a real life immortal vampire? (30 days of night?).
Wanted is not based in the real world, the world it is based in had superheroes (like superman) so if they want to bend bullets, let them do it, it is (like the others I just mentioned) a comic book movie.

But I pick on Bond, Die Hard, And Indy for the same problem, no matter WHAT has happened, they are supposedly on Earth, where our Physics are already defined.

However Xmen, Die Hard, and Indiana Jones neither made there movies AROUND this crap, nor was it a contributing factor in there success. The problem is that this movie doesn't even attempt to EXPLAIN its own bullshit, which makes me RAAAGE.

Xmen at least had the excuse of super powers. This movie doesn't, it shows some guy flinging a gun to the side, and a bullet comes out and curves. That doesn't happen, it's that simple.
