Who saw it? I loved the 3D and the action. The storyline was a bit childish but the animation was awesome.

I thought it was going to suck as well, but found it to be good. I still felt it could have been better though, but it was worth watching. They pulled off the transformers quite well, and the battle scenes were not disappointing as I had expected.

yeah, everyone thought that it would be stupid. The only thing I hated the story.. was.. err.. childish and shallow.

Everyone loves this movie at my school. It looks great, haven't seen it.

I went in there expecting it to be really bad, so if it was decent... It wouldn't be disappointed.
But, it did come out to be really good. Sometimes, I couldn't tell what was happening... but, still... It's a great movie.

Did anyone think the original animated version was better?

I didn't see the original one so I can't comment on that. But I think it's safe to say that they pulled off the movie quite well using real actors, and was not horrible when compared to the series.

i really liked this movie it was pretty good i really had LOW expectations from what i've seen in the previews...but its worth seeing it and owning it for ur transformers collection...^_^

like i said i <3 it. i just got it and watched it lol. i do have the original movie and that one is totally different as that their fighting omnicron and gavotron than in the new one with the all spark. the guy who did the voice for optimus in the new movie is the same guy who did his voice in the cartoon movie. both are great movies..at least a rent i say buy.

Just saw it. Awesome movie.
