I've added some descriptive little banners next to each forum section, as of now, only the video game section currently has them. Eventually every other section will feature one as well.

BTW you can see them in ANY theme.

But before I go about making them, I'd like to hear your input on them.

Good idea?
Do they look bad?
etc.

I like them, plus it seperates the sections making them easier to navigate (i found this anyway)

Yeah it does help out in navigation as well, and helps the section stand out as well. I just finished the Introductions and Fun section.

Yep. I also temporarily changed the logo. Trying a new concept out...What do you people think?

I took out the dragon, then I added this scene from KZ2, and then removed that to add a simple text logo with a Santa Hat since Christmas is coming up :)

But what if we have members that are Jewish and celebrate Hanukkah?! Or Kwanzaa?! -_- I think you should add something to represent those holidays, dude.

You made a good point about not everyone celebrating Christmas, however, Christmas has been commercialized so much that a lot of non-Christians celebrate it as well. And they celebrate it for the non-religious reasons (to give/receive gifts and relax from a day off from work/school) which is represented by the Santa Hat. So therefore the Santa Hat is just to show the non-religious side of the holiday.

Hanukkah as well as various other holidays are more religious, and this is NOT a religious forum so therefore I can't add those symbols to the logo. Plus it would offend our members who don't follow any of those faiths (they might be atheists for example). When it comes to religion it's best to keep it as neutral as possible, especially in the logo of a forum which is used by people of different countries and beliefs.

However, you are free to add your own religious beliefs in your signature, avatar, and in the lounge.

But if enough people seem to be offended by the Santa Hat I'll remove it.
