everyone walked out alright, one guy has a broke arm, I walked away with a bump on the head, some bruises and some scratches. the girl in the car hurt her back, but everyone is fine and alive. I'm so glad the moon roof was there!

So how'd it happen? Swerve to miss something, drink driving, lost control, or a mix, or something completely different?

a farm truck was on the highway gearing down instead of using his brakes and didnt turn on his turn signal..I was going the speedlimit (65) and I knew i wasnt going to stop in time. so i hit the shoulder to go around and about the time I got right up to him he turned right and clipped me. I flipped 3 times and hit the ditch.

I've had near misses with farm trucks, eighteen wheelers, and log trucks. They suck. :/

out of entertainment value...what would you have done if they would have let you near the farm truck driver?

ask him he ever even saw me...maybe say sorry...then kick him in the shin for trying to lie his way out of it. (that is of course if I knew then what I do now)...hes trying to get a lawsuit going I think...But my insurance agent is gonna take care of it all.

That sucks that he's trying to get out of it and try to pin the blame on you.
