Yes, they have already released a few in the past, like for the Genesis, and even for newer consoles (The Simpsons Hit & Run), however, this one will be different.

The voices in the game will be the same ones from the TV series, and each Simpson character will have a special power.

This game will be released by EA for the PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii and the DS.

Just downloaded the demo from PSN its OK completley different from Hit and Run.

Did it have any parodies like what they showed on various trailers?

I know one of the parodies in the game was of GTA, but it might vary from each console version.

No not on the demo. Its the episode where the advertisements come to life and you've got to kill that donut guy the big metal one.

The only Simpson game I have played was the real old one where you play as Bart and your family are taken by aliens and you use like spraycans and slingshots and your skateboard.

i played a lil of the new simpsons game and at least the demo the camera angles were bad...and kinda scary ...homer...flying? lol

On which console did you play the demo on?

I doubt they will fix the camera angles once they release it, so that's bad news.
