Crackdown FTW.

I was considering GTA IV, but you can't leap across buildings like Spiderman nor throw cars at your foes like the Hulk :P The only downside is that there's not a lot of multiplayer modes, but co-op is quite fun. Plus you can always play with cheats and cause mass chaos with a friend. However, if you have 800 MS points to spare you can unlock more multiplayer fun.

Some might also consider the graphics a downside as they are sort of cartoonish, but I don't mind it at all.

No no, I just thought the 1st didn't need a reassurance. I love model kits (especially classic muscle).
