In this world there are crazy for all, in this case this guy has a relationship of attraction to your car, this can be fetishism?

I've heard about this story, just never got around to watching the clip which you posted.

Man that's some crazy stuff right there but then again, I have read about the man wanting to marry some character from his DS and other people dating anime girl pillows so it's not too much of a shocker...

That's crazy, but he's probably doing it for attention, as 4realg4mer said. I've seen something far worse involving a woman and a horse. But I'm not going to go into that!
