To be honest, its seems to me that Microsoft has lost its power and it cannot spend anymore money seeing them losing 2nd party developers and exclusives in the same time. They're not same as before, its seems they're getting into their knee's atlast.

Nah I doubt they will fall completely.

They definitely lost the iPod Vs. Zune battle though, as the Zune was not as successful as the iPod. However, it wasn't a total failure either as I know a couple of people that got Zunes instead of iPods. They might stand a chance in that if they make something to compete with the iPod Touch. But it would probably have to offer the same amount of features and have a lower price tag to win.

Back to the Halo 3 on PS3 after seeing Sonic in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it's possible.
