Another Tip for you Dragon Agers out there

Playing as a Melee Rouge is pointless and you will die endlessly, makes Dragon Age seem like Demon Souls

Playing as a S&S Warrior is also pointless (Sword and Shield). You get endless tanks in the game and if you are going Tank mine aswell go Arcane Warrior (Battle Mage)

IMO: Play either a Full on Caster or Healer for Mage or Dual Wielding (RAPE) or Two Handed Warrior.

If you do it right you will rack up DPS up the butt.

Drakonus (My Duel Wield Warrior) does about 60% of the DPS in my part and thats with Morrigan, Shale, and Wynne fighting for top DPS

I'm going as a two-handed warrior myself. I can't bring myself to try the mage class myself, I like the brutality of being up close and personal with the enemies.

My first playthrough was a 2H Warrior Zerker/ Reaver

Its too bad though I only got to use Morrigan / Sten / Shale / and a few others after what I did to get Reaver (Spoiler)


I liked the massive DPS he gave me until I realized that the Duel Wield does for the most part the same, only in quicker bits and has a pretty good AoE com paired to the Sweep Skill.

Again IMO

I didn't even take Sten along with me this time, though I'm free to go and get him any time. I'm currently running with Aedan/Alistair/Morrigan/Zevran, and soon enough I'll probably ditch Alistair for Lilliana.
