At the moment you can't add these improved ones yourself and there are no plans of this changing at the moment to prevent this feature from becoming abused (offensive images and so on) but they will be available upon request.

As of right now, I will only allow Veterans/Staff to use them but I will charge a couple of PWN$ as it's a bit time consuming to both create and add them. However, since I'm currently still testing it I will give it to the first 2 Veterans who are interested for free (they won't cost real money later but I will charge some PWN$). Every staff member will be entitled to one free of charge as well.

Keep in mind that this won't be changed on a regular basis as it's time consuming to do this so pick something that you'll want to stick with for a while. At the moment, text-based titles with custom colors can say anything that's allowed in the forum but image-based titles such as the one I currently have are restricted to video game related things only. The text inside of them can say anything as well provided that it follows the rules as well. Every image will be the same size as the one I currently have (Mario Fan), if you have any objections to the current size (too big/small) let me know right now and I'll see what I can do. In terms of creation, I'm willing to create it for you but you may create one yourself if you wish but it must follow the same dimensions as the ones I've created, I will provide such details for those who are interested.

As for how much PWN$ I'll be charging I'm not sure yet but as a heads up, I plan to start selling some shirts real soon so if you buy one I'll waive the PWN$ as well as the Veteran restriction as an added perk for buying a shirt (they won't be expensive) I'll post the shirt details in another thread and at a later date as I'm currently busy with college work right now...
