RE: Best controller design?
Quote:I remember the worst controller design was the original Xbox Controller. Oh, you mean this fatty right here? ![]() Yeah thats pretty ridiculous. It's like the controller is suffering from obesity... |

RE: Best controller design?
I used one, and it was hard getting your finger on all the buttons.
And the analog stick cover was cheap, my cousin's started peeling off. |

RE: Best controller design?
Really, I found the cover to be quite good... It stays on better than PS2's I've found..
Anyway, I didn't mind the original XBox's.. I must admit, it IS a bit fat.. But I didn't mind it, it had the same well placed joysticks as the 360 controller, thus = good.. ![]() ![]() |

RE: Best controller design?
Okay lets do a side-by-side image comparison of some of these controllers that were mentioned:
![]() From these pix, I'd say the 360 and the N64 are the best, IMO. |

RE: Best controller design?
My super nintendo controller was sooo much better than the default controller... Turbo switches for the win.

RE: Best controller design?
We had to do that with at least five or six N64 controllers. Not sure what my brother did to them but the back would break off on the d-pad side of the controller.

RE: Best controller design?
I had to tape one of of my N64 controllers once... The top bit of the joystick snapped off while I was playing... So I superglued and taped it back on...

Wrong, Nintendo 64 was the first console to have an analogue stick, shortly after its release, Sony released the dual Analogue pad for the PS1 which became a standard for all Playstation to come bundled with. oh and IRTT; Keyboard and mouse...oh wait! ![]() My Anime List Profile. |
