Probably. Nintendo wouldn't go through the trouble sending him a letter politely saying that his game sucked lol. Big corporations just ignore things like this :D

All I can say, if he continues with his folly and blasting Nintendo about it, I would sue him for defamation of character.

Apparently his website now has a forum and that the game's actually real but going to be released on the PC instead of the DS...how time flies :P
