Are you trying to take them from the console you mean?
One way is to use an sd card, save the images to it, put the card in your camera and transfer them to your computer, and save them as a .jpeg

They are usually blue and can be found at most stores that sell PC related stuff, you can also buy them online. I recommend a 1GB SD card, make sure you get the standard size one as there are various types.

Can i put my Duo or PRO Duo card in the wii ??

Only SD cards work in the Wii. They can also be used as an external memory card for Wii save space.

And in reference to chloe, you can find an sd card really at any place that sells digital cameras. You can get any size SD card or brand that you like, they all work. I have a Sandisk 1 gb SD card for my camera. If you have a digital camera then you will probably have an SD card already, but they are usually about 35 mb which is not much space at all.
Just don't bother with the SD card Micro as you will have to buy the Wii micro adapter for it. Get the regular size ones with whatever amount of space you want.
