There's no definite date yet as to when this tournament will begin, but in the mean time I'd like to get an idea of how many people are actually interested in participating as well as around what time we could set up the matches.

Also the reason for no exact date on the tournament is simply because of the different release dates for each region. Japan already has Brawl, as well as America. Europe is still pending..

We'll probably have some practice matches before the real deal as well to warm up.

Well you need a router to begin with (or a good neighbor that didn't leave their WiFi protected).

It's similar to setting up the DS's online play. As for the online on Brawl itself, I haven't actually tried it yet since the game hasn't been released in the USA yet :(

Only a few more days to go though, so that's good.
