dx4 Wrote:I thought that I am careful too but of you see my CDs, they're all damaged... If you drop the CD one time... Blu-Ray has scratch ressistance indeed. I can see an enormous different between it and DVD. It has a layer Quote:TDK was the first company to develop a working scratch protection coating for Blu-ray discs. It was named Durabis. In addition, both Sony and Panasonic's replication methods include proprietary hard-coat technologies. Sony's rewritable media are sprayed with a scratch-resistant and antistatic coating. Verbatim recordable and rewritable Blu-ray Disc discs use their own proprietary hard-coat technology called ScratchGuard. And Side_Scroll. The PlayStation 2 was the winner of the last generation. RE: Ps3
dx4 has a point, but perhaps the extra layer leaves room for buffering more then a couple of times before getting to the layer with the info...

Both are wayy too expensive for any teen that doesn't have a job and who's mom refuses to buy. You sound like an old woman in a Jewelry store trying to sell me stuff. Quality does have a price, and it's price is $349.99. I hardly see how correcting him on $400 being $399.99 being THAT much of a difference. Plus the low-end PS3 is useless, you can't do half the crap you can on a normal PS3. That includes emulation, which would honestly take up 75% of my gaming time on a PS3 if I had one. ![]() http://getoutofherestalker.blogspot.com/ |

RE: Ps3
About the scratch proof discs. Thats what they said when they released CD's to surpass Records, they were apparently fully scratch proof (obviously not) as it takes like a matter of opening the case and playing it and it has a scratch. Thats all I wanted to say on that.
Quality does have a price, and I think if your in a war on which consoles the best, yes I think correcting $400 to be $399 is a good idea, seeing as it makes a large different on your eyes, you know? basic merchant stuff. And about TehChickGamer and her intense hatred for Sony, I think its good in a way, funny and possibly informative in a way, it would atleast make you want to research and find out if the facts are actually fact, but Sony still pwns you. Who the hell puts a PS3 ontop of a Xbox in the first place?!?! its their own dumb fault, to top it off they probably had it stored in a "protective" Playstation sleeping bag -_- ![]() -- ![]() TinyPic Is the best (: Check out my blog Image Link Storage: http://i29.tinypic.com/125jmkn.gif http://i29.tinypic.com/rw0v29.gif |
