Online Forums DO matter.

Online Forums DO matter.
The article is rather long, so I'll just lay out the important part.

While you may think that forums are not taken too seriously by companies, on the contrary, they do turn to them for feedback. NeoGAF was used as an example in a 1UP article talking about this issue as it's a well known gaming forum.

And while this forum is still not big enough to get any buzz from the big guys maybe one day it will..

In the mean time, let's keep asking for a GoldenEye 64 remake :P

I always knew that companies took notice of forums. They have to. What better way to get feedback from consumers than an environment where they can post whatever opinion they feel like posting.

I'd just like to point out that this isn't true in some forums. [Forums where you least expect it to, too...]

Yes, but it's not an official remake nor is it out on any Nintendo console (specifically, the Wii).

RE: Online Forums DO matter.
That must be why I am drawn to forums. After I left the older one I attended in a bad way, I was done and finished with forums. But then I discovered Pwnem, and that changed my mind.
