Post odd things about yourself.

For example, I just found out I have "Exploding Head Syndrom" and "Auditory Sleep Starts", along with the accompanying Hypnagogia.

That means that, while still completely awake, right before getting to sleep on certain nights (It's once in every 100 or so for me), I'll feel a building wail, then an eventual loud "BANG" in my head, and then I'll fall asleep. Before I knew what it was, as a kid I attributed it to some kind of sleep "Door" slamming, but anyhow, it's pretty freaky when you don't know what the problem is, as most people don't even know what the condition is, because for whatever reason, intense INTENSE fear always accompanies the sound, for almost all people.

I know this thread hasn't been updated in a while, but I figured I'd add my strangeness in.

I have a small case of synesthesia. It's where one sense can accompany another sense. For example, someone can write down a number for me. Even though they may have written it in black ink, the number appears orange to me. It also can have it's own smell that I associate with it. For the number one, it smells a lot like chocolate. Thus, it's not really my favorite number. 23, which is my favorite number, is blue, but smells like strawberries.

Weird, right?

Also, squares are purple, circles are green, triangles are pink, and rectangles are white.

Don't ask. I can't explain it. All I know is that it's been that way for a while. Some people could attribute it to my medication for anxiety, which is an opiate, but I'm not sure. I've only been on the opiates for a little while, but have taken things like Lexapro, Paxil, Celexa, and Effexor in the past.

I can put both feet behind my head, I used to be able to do complete 180 degree splits.
I can crack every knuckle in my hands, Twice.
I can touch my thumb to my wrist on both hands
I can touch my tongue to my chin
and I can roll my tongue, which is a hereditary trait
,mom can do it, dad cannot, neither can my bro.

I can lift my right eyebrow
I can widen my nose without using my hands
I can stand up straight and make both of my kneecaps move up and down without touching them.
I can always make my right elbow pop.
I can take my eyes out of focus without crossing them
I am able to move my ears with no hands back, and up.
And I can roll my tongue.

Open and close my eyes too quickly
Look at anyone's eyes without stop for more than 2 minutes
Being freeze for more than emmm... 5 seconds

The Eye thing is easy to learn:
1.Look at a wall
2.Take your hands and extend your index fingers
3.Touch the tips of your index fingers in front of your eyes while still staring at the wall
4. Ignore the floating piece of Finger
5. realize that you are wasting you life on retarded crap like this

Well, I'm the absolutely perfect Spitting Image of my Grandfather when he was my age.

Also, I can do almost all of the above. Also, Me and my two older brothers all have purple scars on our backs in exactly the same places, with no recolection of getting them.

I have a tattoo on the tip of my toe (I kicked the tat gun so hard it went full needle in my foot ... only need 4 layers to make it permanent)
I am terrified of [most] green vegetables. Lettuce and pickles being the only exceptions ... other then that I completely freak out if anything green touches my food.
I sleep talk, sleep internetz and sleep cook.
I can roll my tongue too, both parents could. (It's kinda interesting that it is hereditary, i mean of all things, rolling your tongue)

Thats about it for now ... although I am just odd in general.
