I don't think there's a Pikmin for the DS yet so that would be a first, and they might actually be able to pull it off.

I really can't say what I would like to see it on more for sure. DS or Wii. That is a good question.

Well it's not really that they were dead, more like quiet in terms of major game releases.

Also, in September we'll see their version of Spore on the Wii/DS. It probably won't be as complex as the PC version for obvious reasons but hopefully it's still up to par with it.

Not something I am hugely waiting for.

And as I said before, Nintendo never has been dead. The Gamecube was the only console in their history that did not keep up with or above the competition.

technically they did, at least console profit wise anyway, since the gamecube didn't lose any cash on "per system sold", where as Sony and Microsoft did, I have no idea about this gen though.

as for Pikmin, I think it would work alot better on the DS, than on the Wii.

I say just make them on both. They make money either way, and those that appreciate it on their tv screen get to have it.

I don't think Nintendo is necessarily losing. Ever since 64, when everyone else went disc, Nintendo has been rather outside of the box. They go to the beat of their own drum. And I love them for it.

Though I'll never buy a wii. :\

Well you aren't losing when you still make more money than you spend in research and development. Nintendo has never been in the red, always black. (If you don't understand economics, red is the danger zone, and black is the quite zone, meaning your business is in safe operating levels.)
