hey guys help me out here. im going to be building a pc soon but i need some advice or suggestions on a motherboard, video card (which i already have one), and processor. what do you recomend?

Well if you tell us your budget that will help as we can calculate what you'll be able to afford..

But off the top of my head you need at least 3GB+ RAM for a decent rig that will be able to handle some of the latest stuff.

As for the video card, what's the current one you own?

ATI radion 1300... i think. and as far as budget, im finding alot of stuff for cheap for instance i found a rly good case for 60 bucks, but my budget would range around 650 dollars or a little more, but i also am not going to be spending money on a monitor or mouse or keyboard or sound card. basically im just getting a new processor, (maybe a new graphics card), some more ram, and motherboard, plus a stronger power supply. basically the bare bones.

Well if you plan to use your existing RAM you'd have to get a motherboard that's compatible with it. What kind of RAM do you have?

as always- the bottle neck of the PC will be the graphics card. if you use vista x64- i recommend 4 gigs of ram, but if not then its not worth it since no other operating system can fully utilize it so its a waste of money, 2 gigs dual channel should be enough. the new core 2 duo's are fabulous. get a cheaper model and over clock the sucker.

an antec case too - mad quiet, little pricey but worth it!

Nice pick, but I am an Intel man myself.

I'm not really in favour of any kind. Nor do I know a lot about them, but I do know thats a pretty decent CPU.

I don't like AMD because Bill Gates makes those.
And Intel is made by jews, and they use gold in the chips.
