I think microsoft are unreliable, but are improving.

i read about that article it turns out after he got his xbox back he contacted
Microsoft and in return he got autographed signatures of the main makers of the xbox ,a faceplate with bill gates signature,and every person in the bungie staff signed his xbox also,plus he got a xbox game case,7 new released games,and a xbox carry on bag

I don't feel that bad for the guy.I don't want to make mine look ugly with a bunch of scribble.

I just like my Xbox nice and clean... However, If I had a chance, I'd get it and Auction it off on eBay. :P

If my 360 was autographed, I would keep in in a case and play a different one.
