I enjoyed the movie 300, and was thinking of seeing this film.

Obviously it's not going to be action packed like 300, and instead is supposed to be a comedy based on it.

I've heard mixed responses from people. Some say it was pretty funny while others say it was hardly funny.

I'll have to find out for myself :)

If anyone saw it, feel free to give some feedback on it.

The 300 was overrated. I prefer violence to have a meaningful context, not just Lord of the Rings-esqu slautherfests. I enjoy violent movies/games as much as the next hardcore gamer, but only the meaningful games/movies leave me with a feeling of enjoyment and actually have me thinking about the movie long after it's over (See: Jin Roh, ext).

So making fun of the 300 should be good!

I loved 300, and this movie looks hilarious. I can't wait to go see it. I love spoof/parodies though, so that kind of adds to my liking of it.

I saw the ad on tv... pretty funny from what I saw...

It was a decent comedy, and it's also parodies other things, not just 300.

lol there was even a GTA San Andreas parody...As for the fighting, in the early battles it's rather "musical." The last battles are more physical but with a touch of comedy of course. So don't watch this movie expecting to relive the previous kickass battle scenes, instead watch it expecting nothing more than a decent parody of 300 with some nice spoofs. And while you might not find every spoof funny just have a bit of patience as the next spoof might make you laugh.
