Use the free piece of software before you can achieve this, however, be sure to do a back up. Keep in mind it will only make XP LOOK like your running Mac, it will not actual let you run Mac programs and so on.

All your XP programs should be working fine on it. It will just change XP to give it the Mac feel. You can see screenshots here
