Little Big Planet
Is anyone going to get it? It looks very advanced and interactive to me from what I've seen on youtube.

RE: Little Big Planet
I've heard about it, apparently it's set to be the next biggest game of 2008.

RE: Little Big Planet
Who wouldn't love a game where you can create just about anything?

RE: Little Big Planet
For those of you that are not familiar with Little Big Planet, I suggest you watch this video:
http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/9860 Anyway, it's an interesting concept, but Spore is going to better IMO. However, since there's no official word on a Spore for the PS3, this game will probably fill the void. Counter Strike 300 Read The Forum Rules Pwnem Veteran <- This explains what it is and how to become one. |

RE: Little Big Planet
Maybe. Spore (even if it's a different game entirely) is far going to outdo it in the creative department, or at least I think so.
To be honest I think the Wii would have been a better console choice than the PS3. The game seems aimed at less hardcore, more casual/creative gamers, something the PS3 isn't marketed towards. Most PS3 MGS/Killzone fans will laugh at it, and go on to blow stuff up, while Wii players will want it, but (I'm assuming) ultimately will just give up, as a $600 investment is a little much for someone who's just out to be creative and have a good time. ![]() http://getoutofherestalker.blogspot.com/ |

Well so far all the ps3 people I've interviewed have loved the concept and are looking forward to the release.

Then you obviously don't befriend the 90% of PS3 owners I've met/seen.

SnakeTheFox Wrote:Then you obviously don't befriend the 90% of PS3 owners I've met/seen. True, the majority of the ones I've known being over 16 years of age. 90%... still being 0.00000000000000000000000000001% of the total ps3 owners in the world. *shrug* Fact. My photos

Anyways, I think Wii gamers would get more out of the idea of the game, it's really just showing of what the PS3 can do. Still, I think most actual gamers who own a PS3 (Read- People whose only sources of gaming are the Fifa games, or what ever the American counterpart is... NFL, I think) will get it, as it looks great... but like Snake said, I wouldn't be buying a PS3 for that game alone (Considering the only PS3 games that are interesting me right now are that and Ratchet and Clank) Wealth and fame, he's ignored, action is his reward...
