Anyhow, it IS a fake, that's kind of obvious with the lack of quality in Ganondorf, not to mention the IGN reference in the ending credits thingy.

Anyway, I think that it would be alright if a Zelda movie was made, but not made so it's "Americanised", or just plain ridiculously CRAP.

How wont it be Americanized, all the money in the movie industry is in America. Unless of course, you want a low budget soap opera filmed in Portugal.

When I say Americanised I mean Protagonist with bulging muscles that will run in with no care as to his own safety, be surrounded by multitudes of bad guys, and manage to walk out without a scratch, no sweat in sight, and hair perfectly set.

Well from that trailer it's obvious that Link wasn't going to be a Kokiri, i.e. that was most likely going to be his father.

Actually, from the looks of that trailer, it looks to be an original story, rather than a game re-telling. Though it looks rather heavilly based on Zelda 1, Link to the Past and Ocarina...

My complaint about it is, if they went through all the trouble to make a fan based April's fool trailer, they could go through the trouble to make their own movie. Yeah, it wouldn't be terribly good looking, but it would probably still be the best game-to-movie out there =P


Though, the release date would have to be set back a good bit after April 1st 2009...
