got me an intel e6550 dual core 2.33ghz cpu and an asrock mobo

normal temp is 28-30c without oc
overclocked it to 2.5 dual and its at 40c
my old pc cpu was at 56-58 normal :D

now it seems i can max out my bioshock settings
and im over the recommended settings to play assasinbs creed

every pc game i can play on recomended settings
except crysis because of grpahics card
and lost planet because of graphics card

lost planet requires a 256mb 8600gt
but i have a 512mb gt500 so it isnt much difference

I will suggest sticking to a desktop for nay gaming. A notebook is really only good for smaller tasks and portability. I am sure you know that, but just a reminder.
