Yes but you still fail to say HOW it's better, technologically. How is it better? What parts are supperior? Do you even know? Or do you just read the back of the PS3's box and assume you know everything?

I've also come to the simple conclusion that, as sad as it is to break this to you, you are in fact, very, very stupid.

So let me get this straight... you don't care that the PS3 has no good games, and costs $200 more... as long as it's better technologically? Analogy:
You'd buy a new computer that couldn't run any programs, even if it cost more? What?!

I expect you to actually name parts (CPU, GPU, HD, Cooling unit, Format, etc) that are better on the PS3 than 360, assuming you even know. If you don't, you have no right posting that crap.

The PS3's GPU is underpowered compared to the 360's, which throws your "graphically supperior" argument out the window. It's actually no more powerful than a Geforce 7800.

While the 360 GPU is based around the Console, the PS3's seems to be distracted from its goal. That's why MGS4 has compressed and shitty textures, and why some of the PS3 games look rather bright, with improper shading and shadows.

Also, for the record, SnakeTheFox is a portmanteau of Solid Snake and Foxhound. As in, Solid Snake of Foxhound. I made it many years ago, back when Metal Gear Solid wasn't being made by a developer who had fans threatening him with suicide if he didn't make MGS4.

Ok, I'm just gonna put this out there.. Check the release dates for the 360 and PS3, as I recall, there was a good what? full year between when the 360 was launched to when the PS3 was? that's a WHOLE year to just look at the 360 and think, "lets improve this in the slightest without giving a shit as to what the prices will cost".

So basically, IMO, all PS3 have done is given it that "LITTLE" bit more power, and a DVD format with a VERY minor improvement compared to HD. Whoopdiefuckingdoo.

And as said before countless times, Deekz argument is a little off handed, as he doesn't seem to answer any of Snakes questions, he just comes up with weak rebuttals that keep stating that the 360 is crap. Really. he should answer the questions put in front of him first.

And BTW, Snake does not get all of his information off the internet, he is GENUINELY passionate about topics like this...

If you are gonna be a active member here, your best bet is to just ignore Snake, if you don't get on with him, since he seems to pick a fight with anything that he doesn't like or agree with.

It's fine by me, if you prefer the PS3 over anything else, although I'd only buy one for Metal gear 4 right now.
I can see your points, but I, as much as I hate to say it, agree with SnakeTheFox on the whole 360 vs PS3, but to be honest I don't really care anyway.

But in all seriousness, I hardly consider it picking a fight. This? Sure. Maybe a few other threads with Mohd, but other than that, most things I put are intelligent, thought out rebuttals, not flames. Some people are just dense. Not my fault they didn't choose to take High School debate club.

The only thing that Deekz was saying in his first post was that

PS3 has the BEST graphics.
PC has the BEST online.
Xbox 360 is 2nd place for BEST online.
No mention for the Wii.

lol what an introduction, it just revived the PS3 Vs. 360 War again. Haven't seen much of this since Mohdgame (the top PS3 fanboy of this forum) last posted...

Anyway, Deekz is entitled to his opinions and basically what he was saying is that the PS3 is superior as it offers better graphics.

However, whether or not the PS3 is actually superior depends on the person determining that. If superior graphics are what makes a console superior to you, then perhaps the PS3 is superior. I personally like the 360 more due to Xbox Live and it's current game selection. And the Xbox Live factor is a key role as what good is having a PS3 if I can't play with a large portion of my friends who are all 360 gamers.

I hate the fact I don't have Live, It's also annoying that food prices has gone up, along with petrol prices. weekly food shop is up by 10 pounds...wtf?

Yeah, and what sucks is that wages don't increase as rapidly (or at all).

Anyway, a 360 without Live is like a Wiimote without batteries :P

And getting back to the PS3 Vs. 360, in the near future perhaps I might consider the PS3 once DVDs become obsolete as it will make a good Blu-ray player. But for now those movies are too much for my wallet, so I have no need for it.

But that is basically all it is, a good blu ray player. Leave the games to Nintendo and Xbox.
Wii and 360 will keep up domination and Playstation will just start making games like Sega is now.

I understand you dude, but it doesn't help to keep arguing it over and over. Let it go. The PS3 just has good graphics and that is about it. Not even Nintendo can help them now.
