I think PWNEM needs a joke area, to keep annoying(if you are not looking for jokes) stuff off the main threads.

Hmmm... We could create a board named "spam board". You'll be able to put anything there (except advertisements) but there'll be no post count.

Yeah, that would work, it would give people a place to make their jokes and such without ruining the site.

We may allow guest to post there as well...
