Wow. I am surprised. This is a bold move by Nintendo to bring a game that has been a rival to the DS. Great decision I think.

I took another look at the Rockstar site and it appears that they plan to release the game by this winter so it's not too far ahead.

And it appears that they will be utilizing the touch screen (which makes sense).

They don't look that great as they were scanned from a magazine though, but it gives you a good idea. As for the actual game's graphics, meh. I thought they could have done better, but at least it's an improvement from GTA for the GBA. As long as your character/enemy is distinguishable good enough for me provided that the gameplay lives up to the GTA franchise.

True, the graphics could have been a bit better. However, I like the art that they used for this game. Different from the artwork used for IV, and almost gives it a 'Chinatown' feel.

Hmmm..I just stumbled upon an article from Kotaku stating that GTA Chinatown Wars is going to have some mini drug dealing game.

I have to say, I am truly surprised Nintendo has started picking these titles up. 4 years ago, they would have stayed a million miles away from it.
But uh, drug deals eh? I wonder how real the blood will be.

Well since the characters are rather small I'm guessing it's just going to be a small splatter. I imagine it's going to be like GTA 2 in that sense.

I am sure the violence will be toned down considerably. But it still has the basic idea.
