The free hosting service has been replaced with free blog hosting (there won't be any annoying advertisements).

The account will be set up for you based on the information you provide us with, and the URL is relatively short. Some members have already tested out the service.

The only requirement at the moment is having a minimum of 50 non-spam posts and you agree to not use your blog for malicious or inappropriate purposes. So basically anything that's not allowed on the forum, should not be posted in your blog. As for profanity, it's not censored at all in your blog. So you may use it. No racial slurs etc. though.

Include the username, blog title, and password you'd like for your blog.

Your blog will look like the one shown in the example except that the title and username will be different. You don't have to use the same username that you use in the forum, so keep that in mind.
