I played the demo today and thought it was alright. If you like realistic boxing games then this game is definitely not for you. But if you liked Ready 2 Rumble then it's worth checking out. The AI on hard was pretty hard, for me at least. Why? Because the AI does really cheap moves and the block is pretty much useless. That's what makes this game annoying.

You have to parry correctly to avoid this, similar to the sword fighting method in Red Steel minus the Wiimote motions :P

Aside from that the character customization seems to be pretty flexible and while the demo has severe limitations in the full game it seems that you could let your creativity run wild. So that's a plus.

Anyone else played it yet?

No I haven't. I like realistic ones I can say. I can't stand that cheap cheating type.
