Also games like the new Ninja Gaiden show that the DS's graphics are underestimated as that game looks pretty good.

Even Mario 64 has decent 3D graphics and it was made years ago when the DS was still new.

Plus the games that use touch screen efficiently such as Elite Beats provide gameplay that the PSP can't.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

Well the DS has WiFi too, but it can only be used for online gaming out of the box.

You need to buy the browser to go online, however, it's discontinued now. So you can only buy it online..

And the Opera browser that's now discontinued was inferior to the PSP's browser. So I'll give the PSP that..but in terms of games the DS wins IMO.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

Lets think of why we have handheld games. The first thing that comes to mind is convenience, keep that in mind. Now what are the point of games in general? Entertainment right? Now where is it convenient to play a handheld? A bus, on a vacation, places where having a TV are cumbersome. Now most of the time these places wont have Internet capability. But of coarse some always will. Now let me add in the graphics thing. In my eyes, if the games enjoyable thats all that maters. It is the point of games right? The DS has a wealth of games that might be considered childish, but whats wrong with that? Think of a child. Is he having fun? That's what most people will think of. In the Psp case it tries to appeal to more audiences then gamers, with its music, movies,..etc. And its games are more developed, for people who want to focus on that specific game for hours. But on a bus, vacation etc. there are food stops, restroom breaks, Hotel stops. Now a normal to the mall, or to the hair cutters is like 15, 20 minutes. Now I dont know about you, but I cant get into the groove of a game that requires time to hear a plot, get things started in 20 minutes. When I'm taking a crap I dont have time for it. When I'm on a flight I might have time but I dont go on flights often. The Ds is how a hand held should be fun, to the point, simple, and at last I think that childness is a must for a handheld.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

The DS for me is far superior to the PSP. I don't like the shape of the PSP, and I don't like the games it has. Plus I heard about that one button close to the screen has a sticking problem.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

And it's success can be seen with the DS getting good titles that the PSP didn't such as Assassin's Creed, Ninja Gaiden, and Guitar Hero amongst others.
