RE: Comtemplation between 2 mice!! Suggestions!!
To be honest I can't really give you a good evaluation of whether or not it's a good purchase as I'm only familiar with regular mice.
However, from taking a quick look at the specs. the main advantage of getting the second mouse is that it has 5 buttons. So perhaps it might be useful as you could program the buttons to do something meaningful. Another nice feature seems to be the plug n play although I think most mice already have that, even the cheap ones. I personally would stick to the one that you have until it stops working properly and then cough up money for the other one. Counter Strike 300 Read The Forum Rules Pwnem Veteran <- This explains what it is and how to become one. |

I would definitely choose the second mouse for the extra buttons, but for the sake of being reasonable, if the mouse you have still works fine, use it until you get the last bit of life out of it, especially if you are already satisfied with it's performance and you haven't had a need for extra buttons just yet.

If you have two computers, it won't hurt to get another mouse. But if you don't I would use the one you have until it is worn out. But if you are wanting to change, just keep your current mouse as an extra or a backup. As for me, I am just using a $20 Radio Shack mouse. I am not a pc gamer, so that explains everything.
I can't find a pic, but looks a lot like this one, but with a cord and less lines:

Razers are not the best quality...its like Razer's mentality is "if we put enough lights on this and make this mouse sooo senstive that if the player blinks... his curser will rip right outta the screen and into oblivion" ...I've never had any luck with them. I know people who are sponsored by them and dont even use anything razer gives them to use.
I would suggest a Logitech MX518 thats what im using right now..16000 dpi is still pretty good...although you would never really need that much sensitivity either. But logitech makes some great mice. the G5 is one of the newest ones out complete with the weighted technology. ![]()

That's what I've always used for World of Warcraft, since that's generally the only game I play for PC. Right now I have a Logitech MX310. I think I'm going to wait until it dies on me before i get another one. :D
