nice cactuar lol i was gonna overclock mine but i dont wanna risk screwing it up my mate has agreed to do it for me i dont trust my own judgment

ouch!lol my pc is custom built so had what i wanted at the time so i avoided using any onboard stuff as much as possible lol out of date now tho i need to build me a new one when i next get paid

I can say, I would recommend clocking desktop pc's, mainly because you can add more fans or a cooling system, but notebooks don't have any space inside, and it costs more to get cooling equipment for them.
