They're the biggest import/export of HENTAI. There's a difference. They count Hentai (IE Cartoon pr0n) in there pr0n industry, so counting that I guess they do have a big industry, not to mention all the pr0n video games and such. However, if you DON'T count cartoon/virtual pr0n, they aren't winning.
