SnakeTheFox Wrote:I prefer neither because 90% of all Anime/Manga is horrible. There are 10-15 good series that I've seen, but most are just that rehashed "JOHN YOU MUST KILL THE DEMONS" and Superpowered sword combat stuff, or a show about Japanese Schoolgirls, and sometimes both...

or hentaiz lolz1!!11.

I voted Both, mainly because I prefer to see the manga animated andsee the characters move in real time(or w/e) I get a better feel of a battle etc.

but I also love Manga due to it will never ever have crap fillers or make a "Manga Name: The Movie" Manga book. also Manga sticks 100% to the story, whereas in anime they might have to cut some stuff out for episode times.

Yeah, that's true, I still don't understand the purpose of the fillers...

RE: Anime vs manga
Filler happens when an anime gets ahead of the manga.

An anime goes goes into production when the manga is roughly halfway into it's first part. Since one episode of an anime can take up 2 or 3 manga chapters, it's important to make sure the anime stays behind the manga, since the manga author/artist doesn't write or draw the anime, if the anime gets a head of it's self, then the story can be ruined.

Also, I just want to ask something... 100 pwn$ to the person who can name a manga that a 13 year old boy tricks someone into immolating themselves. Hint- It's by Shonen Jump.

Wealth and fame, he's ignored, action is his reward...

I don't watch any of it myself, but I prefer both.
I like the Anime, but sometimes it gets too drawn out and goes on and on. And I like manga because it is short and sweet gets to the point, but loses that filler.

Acctualy, It was Yu-Gi-Oh.

Because before it was 'Duel Monster's' it was just about a kid who had and ancient spirit in him, that was the "king of games". And by games, I mean any game.

Mostly ones that can end in the loser's death or severe injury.

RE: Anime vs manga
I chose both. I like seeing the anime, but I also like reading the manga and seeing the story get fleshed out in detail. They both have their benefits.
