RE: DS Vs. PSP

Lately though Nintendo has also been also focusing on targeting mature gamers as well, but it's doing this slowly.

While the DS only has two Mature mature games that have already been released, it's working on two more which will be out by the next month: Mortal Kombat & Dementium: The Ward which is supposed to give you that Silent Hill effect.

But yeah the PSP offers more features right out of the box, mp3, internet, videos etc. However, that doesn't mean the DS can't do those things either, it just requires an extra add-on.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

Nah, the PSP is better. Nintendo DS best games are the "mario" games which I don't like that much. Also, God Of War is coming on the PSP ^^

RE: DS Vs. PSP

Let's see if the DS can pull off Call of Duty 4 efficiently. If so, then it will be more recognizable for shooters, as for God of War, I'll admit that the DS has no similar game to rival that at the moment. As for RPGs there's a Kingdom Hearts coming out soon, and for adventure/horror we got Dementium which is supposed to pwn.

And probably the graphic's of these games won't be anything spectacular, but the gameplay will make up for it.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

While I'm a DS fan, I'll admit that the PSP is appealing now due to it's new low price and it's new game releases. Plus the slim has TV-Out so I'll give it props for that.

BUT I don't plan on getting one. I'll stick with my DSLite due to it offering unique gameplay which the PSP can't offer due to the lack of dual screens and touch screen. And while not all DS games utilize it efficiently, the ones that do, make it worthwhile.

ds completely pwns psp, bar none. its about gameplay, and playstation is all about graphics, not gameplay.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

Eh, I've never heard of a DS in my country, so I must say PSP since I have used one and I know they're definately sold in NZ.

RE: DS Vs. PSP

Ds also allows you to play a game without having a cassette. (download)

Psp has that too but it has it only in a few games.
