Ok this series was good, until the 360 version came out.

The enhanced graphics were okay, but the gameplay...what where they thinking!

They should of sticked with the original look, made it more 3Dish and added some new levels and music, and implemented some fun multiplayer modes. But instead they tried to change the game, and ended up with a game that gives Bomberman a bad name.

I know the enhanced graphics are tempting you to think it's better, but don't fall for it.

GameSpot's user score of the 360 version is 2.8
And their score of the NES version is 8.0

Hmm.. the old sweet game. I remember playing it during my childhood :D. That screen shot brought many memories with it.

Honestly, I dont like game spot rating. I love to read the review my self. Loads of games in Game Spot was rated high and I didn't like it and other games rated low and I liked it. It depends mostly in your taste.

So, I'd rather to read its view, but a rating of 2? That's horrible.

I played the demo and I loved it. And from what I've read and heard, the full version is absolutely brilliant. "The best arcade game" someone told me.

Only Bomberman I played was the N64 version.

Yeah, that 360 one looked absolutely terrible. I looked at it and i thought it was a typo on the box. Bomberman? That's Bomberman? No, no it can't be...

I've personally never played it. Then again, most remakes of older games don't bode too well, so I was weary before I even saw the ratings. Kinda like the new Turok, older ones were OK, then this new crap comes along, basically turns the game into "Unreal Tournament III-Dinosaur Edition".

I can imagine the same for Bomberman, although for what it's worth, I never really enjoyed the originals either.

Whahah, I have seen it's demo at N64. It's a cool game though.

No, it sucks. The original one is good, but this one is awful. Everything I have read it about makes me laugh.

i loved the game bomerman heroes and the other story based ones on 64. i never liked the puzzle one that much.

The one on the N64 was pretty neat. I remember being on a boat on one of the levels.
