RE: 10,000 Foot Skydive
That sucks.

What kind of bad weather was it? I'm guessing either strong winds, heavy rain, or both.

RE: 10,000 Foot Skydive
Well we have some bad weather down here in Florida too. Tropical storm.
But why is it being delayed for so long?

RE: 10,000 Foot Skydive
The air probably had too much moisture in it, which if I remember correctly, isn't too good for parachutes.. So they're probably waiting for it to dry out quite a bit.

I would just jump out over the ocean with no parachute and see how deep I fall in and die when I hit the water.

Twice. Well weather isn't great here either. Rainy then sunny, then rainy again. Hurricanes and all.

Yeah and speaking of Hurricanes, Gustav luckily didn't hit as hard as expected. It was a Category 2 today rather than 5 as they had speculated.

I am glad of that. That is where my home church is located. I have been praying all day.
