Your clan website must NOT contain malicious software or offensive material.

You can only make a thread about your clan after making 25 posts in the other sections of the forum.

And only ONE thread per clan.

If your in multiple clans, you can make a thread for each. However, you can only post a total of 2 clan threads per month.

Why do we limit the amount of clan threads per member you ask?

That way we give everyone fair exposure. If we don't set a limit, one person will fill up the forum with all of their clans, and the other people won't get as much exposure.
